Kim started competing because she needed a goal. She was on the fence about competing, but then in 2004 the Red Sox won the world series and she said anything is possible. Competing has taught her more about herself than she ever thought possible. The accomplishment that she is most proud of to date is being one of 90 women who qualified to participate in the first amateur event held at the 2007 Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic. Kim gets such a great feeling when she sets a goal and achieves it. She brings this same level of dedication to all aspects of her life. She works with clients to help them look inside themselves to find the motivation and self-discipline they need to achieve their goals.
Kim has competed a variety of federations, including NPC, OCB, FAP and Women’s TriFitness. Kim has learned so much on her competing journey and is honored to be able to work as a CSF coach. She is an ACSM certified personal trainer and an ACSM certified wellness coach.
