Cheryl is a certified fitness trainer, lifestyle and weight management coach and group exercise instructor. She also holds a B.A. in journalism and loves to write about health and nutrition. She has a passion for natural health and whole food, and a keen interest in natural medicine and the mind-body connection. She keeps focused on her goals by competing in regional and national fitness competitions. Cheryl held writing and editing positions at major publishing companies, financial services firms and universities before becoming a trainer.
