Angie first started out in fitness twenty five years ago when she was asked to lead a group exercise class for the women in her church. She has been involved with health and fitness in some capacity ever since.
Angie joined Savage in 2010 when her and some local gym friends got the bug to compete in a physique competition. When she attended the January camp Savage she was thrilled to see so many like-minded women striving to better themselves through health and wellness. The Savage sisterhood was something she had never experienced and to see the support that the team had given her and each other was life changing. She knew right then that she wanted to always be a part of this team. Since then Angie has competed 6 times in bikini and figure, and always strives to only beat her best. Your only competition is yourself. There is no feeling like empowering yourself to be your best version and doing things out of your comfort zone is one of the first steps.
As a Savage coach Angles goal is to support and motivate, she believes that anything is possible and that it’s never too late. “It’s not if, it’s when!”
Along with being a consultant for Isagenix, She is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She has held various certifications including Body Pump, Spinning, Senior Fitness and Yoga.
Angie has an associate’s degree in business and currently works as the Fitness Director for the largest health and fitness facility in Northeast Pennsylvania. In her free time Angie spends time caring for her animals on her small farm not far from where she grew up.
