April Challenge

This month, try at least 3 new recipes this month

It can keep it really simple — if you like chicken — instead of baking it, try grilling it or tossing it in a crockpot.

Instead of an Isalean shake — have Isapro — throw in a fruit, good fat and a veggie that’s NOT spinach.

By putting variety in your diet it tests your metabolism and may help you if you feel stalled or in a plateau.
