Join us every Sunday from 9-11am at the CSF Studios for the “infamous” and original Savage Sunday group sessions. For one hour, train with the team in an intense, yet fun and totally motivating way- ALL LEVELS are welcome as everyone works at their own pace! The next hour, work on your posing and presentation skills to make you shine onstage! Each Session ends with a question/answer segment. Wear shorts and a tank top with sneakers and any kind of high heel shoe!

Class cards are welcome. Two hour session counts for two classes on classcard. Non members are welcome to pay a non member fee when they arrive.
