Summer Smackdown

This challenge will start on Monday, August 7th. Each week you will perform a different challenge. You will track each challenge. Post your personal best with the hashtag #savagesummersmackdown on your personal and in the Savage Girls group and get a chance to win a Savage t shirt. There will be will be surprise challenge along the way.submit to infosavagefitness@gmail.com by Wednesday the following week of the challenge — no late entries will be accepted.
Challenges
  • week of August 7th Max pull ups in 1 min — your chin must go over the bar. your arms must fully extend at the bottom.   Numbers due — Wednesday, August 16
  • week of August 14th Max push ups in 1 min  — on your knees or toes — please place a sneaker under your chest. you must hit the sneaker for the rep to count Numbers due — Wednesday, August 23
  • week of August 21st Distance row in 1 min — how far can your row. If you don’t have rower — no problem you will skip this week.  Numbers due — Wednesday, August 30
  • week of August 28th 1 mile run  — how fast can you run 1 mile. Numbers due — Wednesday, September 6th
Bonus points if you make up a Savage Rap and video it and post =)
