What is something about yourself that we might not know? I am fluent in sign language.
How long have you been a Savage Girl and why did you join? I was a part of the Savage Lifestyle group, a few years back. I then joined Savage Girls, in December of 2016, with the goals of competing and continuing to grow myself as a person. I joined because I did so much personal development and finally shut the noise out of my head that I couldn’t compete (a secret goal I had for many years). I decided that I CAN and I WILL. And so I did! I found a special love for this sport and have gained an amazing Sisterhood, like no other. So many of these ladies have become my best friends. Savage has completely transformed my mind, body and soul and I am beyond grateful for Cathy, Coach Jen D., all the Coaches and the Sisters.
What advice would go give to someone just getting started with Cathy Savage Fitness? Trust the process. Trust your coach. Be open to new ideas. Watch the Facebook Lives each week: Cathy’s words of wisdom, Jessica’s mindset talks, Jen’s tips/tricks and tough love and Stacie’s functional explanations. Engage in the Savage Facebook page often.
