Energy Packed Oatmeal

Ingredients:oatmealblueberry

• ¼ c Steel Cut Oats
• 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder or Vanilla
• ½ c Blueberries
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 Tb. of Chia Seeds & Hemp Seeds – optional

Directions:

1. Cook steel cut oats according to package directions.
2. Mix in blueberries, protein powder, and cinnamon. Makes 1 serving.
