Cathy Savage Fitness accepts MasterCard, and Visa. See our privacy and security polices.

In the event your credit card is declined, Cathy Savage Fitness will inform you of this event and request a new credit card number. Please provide Cathy Savage Fitness with your new credit card number within 7 days so we can fulfill your order without you having to resubmit your order.

If your credit card is NOT updated within 7 days, your membership will be automatically canceled and you will have to re-join at the current monthly rate.

Digital Service
Cathy Savage Fitness Online Programs are a monthly membership which is a digital service with access to an online membership website. If for any reason you need to cancel the membership, please contact support at info@cathysavagefitness.com

Digital Downloads
We have several digital products for purchase. Each digital product is non refundable. If you have any questions, please contact support at info@cathysavagefitness.com

Sales Tax
Kindly note that all orders shipped from CathySavage.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

Order Charges
Most charges are services either by an online membership or camp enrollments. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of the charge.

Shipping Charges
All shipping charges uses standard shipping rates for domestic and international shipping.  Please check pricing on product checkout page.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged on the day you place your order for goods or services. We make every attempt to send your order on the next business day after it is placed, but occasionally due to high order volume or back-orders, this is not always possible.

Shipping Confirmation

No Refunds on Services or Camps
There will be no refunds for any reason. All services sold by Cathy Savage Fitness is sold
without any guarantee. By making a purchase with Cathy Savage Fitness, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.

Return Policy
Digital products that you buy from Cathy Savage Fitness come with a no-returns policy.

Canceling your Subscription
We require a 5 day notice, prior to your next billing cycle, to cancel your membership if you do not wish to be charged again. Once your cancellation is processed, you will no longer have access to the private website or coaching services. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Support at info@cathysavagefitness.com.

Please use the “Contact Support” form inside the private website. We’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm the account cancellation via email. Please note that cancellations via email may take up to 5 days from receipt of your request to process. Once your cancellation has been processed, you will not be billed again and your cancellation will be effective immediately. As of the day of cancellation, you will no longer have access to the private website or coaching services. If you have any problems canceling your subscription, please contact Customer Support at info@cathysavagefitness.com.
