Pumpkin Chocolate Energy Bites

1 cup old-fashioned oatsproteinballs

1/4 cup honey

1 Tbs molasses

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 pumpkin puree

1 Tbs ground flax seed (optional)

1 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)

 

Add honey molasses, vanilla, and pumpkin to food processor. Mix until well blended. Add in remaining ingredients and pulse until combined. Roll into grape sized balls and store in fridge for up to a week or freezer for months. You can dust in coconut flakes
