What is something about yourself that we might not know?
If I wasn’t doing fitness competitions I would like to someday be in a dance performance. Dancing was on my action board for last year and I didn’t make it happen. This year I am making sure I do it. I went on vacation to Jamaica and went HAM doing Caribbean Zumba every day and then going to the night club 7 nights in a row (that may be a record!) then Fitness Marshall live. I would love to get into lessons. Maybe someday I’ll do something dance like for fitness.
How long have you been a Savage Girl and why did you join? I have been a member of Savage since May 15th 2013, Prior to joining Savage I saw an OCB competition held at my university. Aside from bodybuilding, I had never seen a fitness competition before or knew that kind of completion existed. I remember saying to myself “I could never do that!” I wasn’t happy with the negative self talk that had been holding me back from accomplish anything I aspired to do, so I challenged myself to get on that stage and prove myself wrong!
What advice would go give to someone just getting started with Cathy Savage Fitness? I would say be patient. It’s amazing what the body and mind can accomplish. Don’t disappear, your coach has your back and the whole team wants to see you succeed.
