Creamy Kale Caesar Salad

1 bunch of kalekale
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

1. Remove kale from stem and rip into bite-sized pieces. Toss with pine nuts and add to bowl.
2. In another bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over kale and pine nuts. Toss to coat.
