How To Use It:Use first thing in the morning to set the day for comfortable digestion by adding 2 to 3 drops to an 8 ounce glass of water. Use at the same mixture at bedtime to maintain digestive health while you sleep. For bloating or heartburn or bloating place 3 drops of lemon oil at the back of your throat, and chase with some water. You can also add lemon oil to hot tea and food to boost digestive health.
